How to Make Turkey Combo Rice
  1. Season the turkey pieces with your favorite spices and a pinch of salt.
  2. Sear the turkey in olive oil over medium heat until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. Sauté onion, garlic, and bell peppers in the same pan for 3-5 minutes until tender.
  4. Add the long-grain rice and toast for 1-2 minutes, stirring to enhance nutty flavor.
  5. Pour in the broth and return the turkey to the pot, mixing well.
  6. Cover and simmer for 18–20 minutes until rice is absorbed and tender.
  7. Rest, fluff with a fork, and serve hot, garnishing if desired.
