Method
 

Preparation
  1. Mix the cream cheese and shredded cheese in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.

  4. Shape the chilled mixture into a ball using your hands.
  5. Roll the cheese ball in crushed tortilla chips and a little extra shredded cheese.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
