Instructions
  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes until fully browned.

  4. Whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, gochujang, sesame oil, and rice vinegar in a bowl.
  5. Pour the sauce into the skillet and stir to coat the beef; simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  6. Stir in sliced green onions and remove from heat.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
