Method
Prepare the Marinade
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and honey. Whisk together until well blended.
- Add the cubed sirloin steak to the marinade. Toss to coat the steak evenly. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes to enhance the flavor.
Prepare the Vegetables
- While the steak is marinating, prepare the vegetables. Slice the bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, toss the sliced vegetables with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Assemble the Foil Packets
- Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut four large pieces of aluminum foil, about 12 inches long each.
- On each piece of foil, place a portion of the marinated steak in the center, followed by an equal portion of the seasoned vegetables.
- Fold the sides of the foil over the steak and vegetables, then fold the ends to seal the packets tightly. This will trap steam and cook the ingredients evenly.
Cook the Packets
- Place the foil packets on the grill or in the oven. Cook for about 25-30 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender.
- Carefully open the packets (watch for steam) and check the steak with a meat thermometer; it should read at least 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare.
Serve
- Once cooked, remove the packets from the grill or oven. Let them rest for a few minutes.
- Open the packets and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy your delicious steak foil packets!

Notes
Feel free to customize the vegetables based on your preference or seasonal availability. You can also use different cuts of steak, such as ribeye or flank, but adjust cooking time accordingly.
