How to Make Spinach Artichoke Quiche
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Press your prepared pie crust into a pie dish.
  2. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add fresh spinach to the pan. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the spinach is wilted.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together 6 large eggs and 1 cup of heavy cream. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Evenly distribute the sautéed onion, garlic, spinach, and chopped artichoke hearts over the crust. Sprinkle 1.25 cups of shredded cheese on top.
