Preparation
- Spread the softened chocolate ice cream evenly onto a lined baking sheet, forming a rectangle about ½ inch thick.
- Layer the edible cookie dough in chunks over the ice cream, then dollop on the marshmallow fluff. Sprinkle the crushed graham crackers and chocolate chips on top.
- Roll the ice cream tightly, using the parchment paper to assist. Start from one end and gently roll it up.
- Freeze the rolled dessert until firm, which will take at least 4 hours.
- Slice the frozen roll into generous pieces and serve immediately.
