  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese Shredded; consider using low-fat mozzarella.

Cooking Instructions
  1. Brown the Meat: In a skillet, brown the ground beef or Italian sausage along with the chopped onion and minced garlic for about 5-7 minutes.

  3. Layer Ingredients: Begin layering with half of the ravioli, then the meat mixture, ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan. Repeat and finish with mozzarella on top.
  4. Cook Low and Slow: Set your slow cooker to LOW for 4-5 hours until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  5. Rest and Serve: Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving.
