For the Pork Chops
  • 4 pieces Pork chops Bone-in or boneless
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For drizzling
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
For the Potatoes
  • 1 pound Baby potatoes Halved

Method
 

How to Make
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Toss halved baby potatoes with 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, pepper, and half of the minced garlic. Spread on sheet pan and roast for about 15 minutes.
  2. Drizzle pork chops with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Rub in remaining garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, ensuring all sides are coated.
  3. After 15 minutes, add seasoned pork chops among the potatoes on the sheet pan. Return to oven and roast for an additional 15 minutes.
  4. Allow pork chops to rest for about 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
