Cooking Steps
- Heat some oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook until just opaque, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, crack in the eggs and scramble them gently. Push the cooked eggs to one side of the pan to keep warm.
- Add minced garlic, peas, carrots, and red bell pepper to the pan. Sauté until the vegetables are tender-crisp, approximately 3-4 minutes.
- Toss in the cooked rice, breaking up any clumps. Stir-fry everything together over high heat for about 5 minutes until well combined.
- Drizzle soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil evenly over the rice mixture. Stir well to coat the rice and vegetables, cooking for an additional 2 minutes to combine flavors.
- Gently fold the cooked shrimp and crab meat into the rice, mixing until evenly distributed. Cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
