Sweetening
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup or honey/agave syrup as substitute
  • 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla Extract pure is recommended
Spice Blend
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon or fresh cinnamon sticks
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg freshly grated for better flavor
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground Ginger or ground allspice as a substitute
  • 0.125 teaspoon Ground Cloves use sparingly

Pumpkin Spice Milk Preparation
  1. Heat gently in a saucepan, warming the milk over medium-low heat. Stir occasionally until just about to steam, avoiding boiling.
  2. Whisk in the pumpkin purée and maple syrup until perfectly blended and smooth.
  3. Add vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves. Mix well until the spices are fully incorporated.
  4. Simmer gently for 3–5 minutes, stirring frequently to deepen the flavors.
  5. Pour into mugs and serve warm. Sprinkle extra cinnamon on top for presentation.
