How to Make Mozzarella Sticks
  1. Freeze your mozzarella sticks until firm for about 30 minutes.
  2. Coat the sticks in flour, rolling each in all-purpose flour until evenly coated.
  3. Dip them in beaten eggs, ensuring they are fully covered.
  4. Roll the sticks in the seasoned breadcrumbs until fully covered.
  5. Freeze the breaded sticks again for about 10-15 minutes to set the batter.
  6. Fry in hot oil at 350°F (180°C) until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with marinara sauce.
