- Dip them in beaten eggs, ensuring they are fully covered.
- Roll the sticks in the seasoned breadcrumbs until fully covered.
- Freeze the breaded sticks again for about 10-15 minutes to set the batter.
- Fry in hot oil at 350°F (180°C) until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot with marinara sauce.
