Method
 

Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare a large baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it.
  3. Toss halved baby potatoes in olive oil, salt, and pepper, then roast for 20 minutes.
  4. Add broccoli florets to the baking sheet after 20 minutes and roast for an additional 10 minutes.
  5. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
  6. Melt unsalted butter in a small saucepan, stir in garlic, lemon zest, and juice, and let simmer.
  7. Place seasoned salmon on the baking sheet and spoon the lemon butter mixture over each fillet.
  8. Roast for 10-12 minutes until salmon flakes easily and is opaque.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
