Making the Brownies
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add the eggs, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract to the buttery mix, stir until just combined.
- Fold in the flour and salt just until no more dry flour is visible.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 22–25 minutes.
- Cool the brownies completely in the pan before glazing.
Making the Glaze
- Combine powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth, then drizzle over cooled brownies.
- Slice the glazed brownies into squares and serve.
