Method
 

Instructions

  4. Add almond flour, collagen peptides, and baking powder to the yolk mixture and stir until fully combined.
  5. Fold in the beaten egg whites carefully until there are no visible streaks.
  6. Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 35–40 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
