  • 1 small Onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Allspice
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

How to Make Juicy Lebanese Kafta Kebabs
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Gently mix the ground beef, finely chopped onion, fresh parsley, crushed garlic, and spices until just incorporated, ensuring not to overwork the meat.
  2. Chill the mixture. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Shape into kebabs. Using wet hands, mold the mixture around skewers or form oval patties.
  4. Grill over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and beautifully charred.
  5. Rest briefly before serving. Allow the kebabs to sit for a couple of minutes to retain their juiciness.
