How to Make Juicy Lebanese Kafta Kebabs
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Gently mix the ground beef, finely chopped onion, fresh parsley, crushed garlic, and spices until just incorporated, ensuring not to overwork the meat.
- Chill the mixture. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Shape into kebabs. Using wet hands, mold the mixture around skewers or form oval patties.
