How to Make Jalapeño Chicken
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel. Season both sides generously with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, fresh lime juice, minced garlic, and sliced jalapeños.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for 5–6 minutes on each side.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken in the skillet. Let it simmer for 3–5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve alongside cooked rice or roasted vegetables.
