Making the Bars
- Blend your Medjool dates in a food processor until they form a sticky paste.
- Press the date mixture firmly into a lined baking pan, smoothing it to create an even layer.
- Spread the peanut butter evenly over the date base.
- Top with roasted peanuts, gently pressing them into the peanut butter layer.
- Pour the melted dairy-free dark chocolate over the peanuts, covering them completely.
- Chill the entire pan in the refrigerator until the chocolate is firm, about 30 minutes.
