How to Make Hibiscus Tea Strawberry Lemonade
- In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil.
- Remove the pot from heat and add in 0.5 cup of dried hibiscus flowers. Let it steep for 10–12 minutes.
- Once steeped, strain the hibiscus tea into a bowl or pitcher. Ensure it cools completely.
- While the tea cools, blend 2 cups of hulled fresh strawberries until smooth.
- In a large pitcher, combine your cooled hibiscus tea, strawberry puree, 0.75 cup of fresh lemon juice, and 0.5 cup of sugar or honey. Stir well.
- Taste your honey or sugar lemonade and adjust sweetness if desired.
- Put your pitcher in the refrigerator to chill. Serve over 2 cups of ice.

Notes
To enhance flavor, steep hibiscus flowers for the full time and use frozen hibiscus tea as ice to prevent dilution.
