- In a large pot over medium heat, melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter, along with 0.25 cup of packed brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of molasses. Stir until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add 4 cups of mini marshmallows to the melted mixture. Stir continuously until the marshmallows are fully melted and your mixture is gooey and smooth.
- Mix in 1.5 teaspoons of ground ginger, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 0.25 teaspoon of ground cloves, 0.25 teaspoon of ground nutmeg, and a pinch of salt. Stir well to incorporate these warm flavors.
- Remove the pot from heat and fold in 6 cups of Rice Krispies cereal. Ensure each piece is coated with the delicious mixture for that perfect chewy texture.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Use a spatula or your hands to press it down evenly. Let it set for about 10 minutes until firm.
