Directions
  1. In a large pot over medium heat, melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter, along with 0.25 cup of packed brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of molasses. Stir until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add 4 cups of mini marshmallows to the melted mixture. Stir continuously until the marshmallows are fully melted and your mixture is gooey and smooth.
  3. Mix in 1.5 teaspoons of ground ginger, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 0.25 teaspoon of ground cloves, 0.25 teaspoon of ground nutmeg, and a pinch of salt. Stir well to incorporate these warm flavors.
  4. Remove the pot from heat and fold in 6 cups of Rice Krispies cereal. Ensure each piece is coated with the delicious mixture for that perfect chewy texture.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Use a spatula or your hands to press it down evenly. Let it set for about 10 minutes until firm.
