How to Make Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce in a mixing bowl.
  3. Portion the seasoned beef mixture into equal sizes, about 2 tablespoons each, placing cheese in the center of each.
  4. Flatten each biscuit dough round and wrap it around the beef balls, sealing them completely.
  5. Arrange the bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet and bake for 15–18 minutes.
  6. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add minced garlic, and brush over the bombs when they're out of the oven.
  7. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the bombs immediately and serve warm.
