How to Make Garlic Butter Beef Bites with Potatoes
  1. In a large skillet, add the halved baby potatoes and cover with water. Boil them for about 10 minutes, or until golden and tender.
  2. Remove the potatoes and drain the water. In the same skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the cubed beef for about 5-7 minutes until nicely browned.
  3. Lower the heat to medium. Add the unsalted butter and minced garlic to the pan with the beef. Toss gently for about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Carefully return the cooked potatoes to the skillet with the beef and garlic butter. Toss everything together until well coated, and let it cook for another 2 minutes.
