How to Make Garlic Butter Beef Bites with Potatoes
- In a large skillet, add the halved baby potatoes and cover with water. Boil them for about 10 minutes, or until golden and tender.
- Remove the potatoes and drain the water. In the same skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the cubed beef for about 5-7 minutes until nicely browned.
- Lower the heat to medium. Add the unsalted butter and minced garlic to the pan with the beef. Toss gently for about 2-3 minutes.
- Carefully return the cooked potatoes to the skillet with the beef and garlic butter. Toss everything together until well coated, and let it cook for another 2 minutes.
