Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lime juice, taco seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth to create a creamy dressing.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the shredded cabbage, halved cherry tomatoes, corn, rinsed black beans, shredded cheddar cheese, sliced green onions, and jalapeños. Gently mix to combine.
  3. Pour the dressing over the combined salad ingredients. Toss everything together thoroughly.
  4. Just before serving, sprinkle in the crushed Fritos.
  5. For an extra touch, top your salad with additional Fritos.
