Cooking Instructions
  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until it's fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet, and sauté until the onion is softened and translucent, approximately 3-4 minutes.
  3. Stir in the chopped cabbage, mixing everything together well and cooking until wilted, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Pour in the undrained diced tomatoes and stir to combine. Allow to simmer for about 10 minutes.
  5. Top your mixture with Fritos just before serving for a crunchy topping.
