How to Make Fried Rice
- In a large baking dish, mix the uncooked long-grain white rice, chicken broth, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well until everything is evenly coated.
- Toss in the frozen peas and carrots, ensuring they're distributed throughout the rice mixture.
- Carefully drizzle the lightly beaten eggs over the top.
- Cover your dish tightly with foil and place it in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C). Bake for 45 minutes.
- Once cooked, remove the foil and fluff the rice gently with a fork. Return it to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
