Method
 

How to Make French Bread Pizza
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the French bread horizontally into two equal halves.
  3. Brush each half with olive oil and place cut-side up on the baking sheet. Toast for about 5 minutes.
  4. Spread pizza sauce over each toasted half.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
  6. Layer desired toppings, then sprinkle with Italian seasoning and grated Parmesan.
  7. Bake in the oven for about 12 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from oven, let cool for a minute, then slice and serve warm.
