Preparation Steps
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.
- Pour in the warm water and olive oil. Stir until a sticky dough forms.
- Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and let the dough rise in a warm place for 1–2 hours.
- Grease a 9x13 inch pan with olive oil and gently transfer the rising dough into it.
- Dimple the dough to create little pockets, drizzle olive oil on top, and sprinkle with rosemary and salt.
- Cover the pan again and let the dough rise for another 20–30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and bake the focaccia for 20–25 minutes.
- Allow it to cool slightly before cutting into slices.
