Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Marinate the chicken pieces in a mixture of buttermilk and eggs for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  2. Combine the flour, cornstarch, paprika, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Dredge each marinated piece of chicken in the seasoned flour mixture, coating all sides.
  4. Rest the coated chicken on a wire rack for about 10 minutes.
  5. Fry the chicken in hot oil preheated to 350°F for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
