Method
 

Preparation

  3. Toss the zucchini slices in olive oil, making sure each piece is lightly coated.
  4. Mix together the breadcrumbs, grated parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  5. Coat the zucchini slices in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  6. Arrange them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheets.
  7. Bake in your preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Cool the zucchini chips slightly before serving.
