How to Make Crepes
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk or blend all the ingredients together until the mixture becomes smooth and free of lumps. This will take about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add a light coating of cooking spray or a small amount of melted butter.
  3. Pour a ladleful of batter into the center of the pan and quickly swirl the skillet to spread the batter evenly across the bottom.
  4. Cook the crepe for about 1-2 minutes, or until the edges start to lift and the underside is lightly golden.
  5. Carefully flip the crepe using a spatula or your fingers and cook the second side for another minute until it’s also golden.
  6. Repeat this process with the remaining batter, stacking the cooked crepes on a plate.
