  • 1 cup Cranberry sauce whole berry works best; homemade or store-bought
For the Pastry
  • 1 sheet Puff pastry thawed for easy handling
For the Egg Wash
  • 1 large Egg can use milk or a vegan alternative for glaze

How to Make Cranberry Brie Bites
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your mini muffin pan.
  2. Cut the thawed puff pastry into 3-inch squares and press into the muffin slots.
  3. Fill each pastry shell with a cube of brie cheese and a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
  4. Brush the edges with the beaten egg for golden color.
  5. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden and cheese is bubbly.
