Preparation

  3. Whisk together the eggs, softened cream cheese, milk, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl until smooth.
  4. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layered hash browns, bacon, and onion. Make sure it covers all areas.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 55 minutes or until the casserole is set and golden brown.
  6. Optional: Garnish with extra green onions or a sprinkle of paprika.
