Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, and barbecue sauce until well blended.
  2. Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape each portion into small patties, making them a bit larger than the slider buns.
  3. Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat and cook the patties for 3–4 minutes on each side, until they reach your desired doneness.
  4. In the last minute of cooking, place half-slices of cheddar cheese on top of each patty and cover to help the cheese melt.
  5. Brush the slider buns with melted butter and toast them on a separate skillet until golden brown.
  6. On each bun, layer a beef patty, bacon, crispy fried onions, jalapeños, and drizzle with barbecue sauce.
