- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, and barbecue sauce until well blended.
- Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape each portion into small patties, making them a bit larger than the slider buns.
- Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat and cook the patties for 3–4 minutes on each side, until they reach your desired doneness.
- In the last minute of cooking, place half-slices of cheddar cheese on top of each patty and cover to help the cheese melt.
- Brush the slider buns with melted butter and toast them on a separate skillet until golden brown.
- On each bun, layer a beef patty, bacon, crispy fried onions, jalapeños, and drizzle with barbecue sauce.
- Place all assembled sliders on a platter and serve immediately while they’re warm and irresistible.
