How to Make Chili White Spinach Queso

  4. Add cubed white American cheese gradually, stirring until melted, about 5 minutes.
  5. Fold in diced green chiles and chopped spinach, stirring until the spinach wilts, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Cook until everything is warmed through and smooth, about 2 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and white pepper, tasting as you go.
