  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • 1 medium Onion, finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin

Tortillas
  • 8 Flour tortillas
Sauce and Toppings
  • 2 cups Enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese Cheddar or Monterey Jack

How to Make Chicken Enchiladas
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Combine chicken, sour cream, diced onion, ground cumin, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
  4. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture, and roll them tightly.
  5. Pour half of the enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-30 minutes, until bubbly and cheese is melted and golden.
  7. Rest the enchiladas for a few minutes before serving.
