How to Make Bruschetta Cheese Ball

  2. Once well combined, transfer the cheesy mixture to your hands and shape it into a ball.
  3. Wrap the formed cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate it for at least 60 minutes.
  4. While the cheese ball chills, mix the diced tomatoes, chopped basil, and olive oil in a bowl.
  5. Once chilled, unwrap the cheese ball and place it on a serving platter. Spoon the tomato and basil mixture on top.
