Ingredients
  

For the Filling
  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 6 slices Bacon crumbled
  • 2 medium Jalapeños finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt adjust based on taste
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
For the Wrapping
  • 10 pieces Eggroll wrappers

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Take an eggroll wrapper and place about 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center.
  3. Carefully fold the bottom of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly. Use a little water on the edges to help seal the wrapper.
  4. In a deep frying pan, heat several inches of oil to 350°F.
  5. Gently place the eggrolls in the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Use a slotted spoon to remove the eggrolls from the oil and let them drain on a paper towel before serving.
