  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
Bread
  • 4 slices thick cut bread
Optional Topping
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese shredded
