Ingredients
  

Marinade
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Red pepper flakes optional
Beef
  • 1 pound Top round or eye of round beef lean cuts for jerky

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice the beef into thin strips, about ¼ inch thick.
  2. Mix the marinade ingredients in a bowl until well blended.
  3. Marinate the beef for at least 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 180°F (82°C).
  5. Arrange the beef strips in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry for 2–3 hours, flipping the strips every 30 minutes.
  7. Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
