How to Make Smash Burger Tacos
  1. Press ground beef evenly onto the flour tortillas and season them with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Heat your skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  3. Cook the tortillas beef-side down for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Flip the tacos, then add a generous sprinkle of shredded cheese on top of the cooked beef and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts.
