How to Make Smash Burger Tacos
- Press ground beef evenly onto the flour tortillas and season them with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Heat your skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
- Cook the tortillas beef-side down for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Flip the tacos, then add a generous sprinkle of shredded cheese on top of the cooked beef and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle relish, and paprika in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Top the tacos with freshly prepared toppings and drizzle the burger sauce.
- Fold the tortillas in half and serve immediately.
