  4. Once cooked, remove the salmon from the skillet and let it rest briefly. Use a fork to flake the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Grab your tortillas and layer on the flaky salmon and generous dollops of tzatziki. Add any fresh toppings you desire.
