How to Make Ground Beef and Potatoes
- Start by heating the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced potatoes to the skillet and cook until they are golden and partially tender, about 8-10 minutes. Once they achieve a lovely color, remove them from the skillet and set aside.
- Next, add the ground beef into the same skillet. Cook it until it's nicely browned and fully cooked through, around 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the diced onion and minced garlic with the beef. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, until the onion is softened and translucent.
- Sprinkle in the paprika, salt, and black pepper, and stir to coat the beef and onions.
- Return the cooked potatoes to the skillet, mixing everything together.
- Pour in the beef broth, bringing the mixture to a simmer. Cook for about 10 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
- Finally, garnish your dish with chopped fresh parsley for a colorful finish, and serve hot.
