How to Make Grilled Cheese Burrito
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Brown it for about 6-8 minutes, ensuring it's well-seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder.
  2. Once the beef is cooked through, stir in the 1.5 cups of cooked rice until fully mixed. Remove from heat and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
  3. Grab the large flour tortillas and lay them flat. Sprinkle shredded cheese on each tortilla, then add a generous scoop of the beef and rice mixture on top, followed by another layer of cheese.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortillas and roll them up tightly from the bottom, securing the filling inside.
  5. In a pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Place the burritos seam-side down and grill them for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
