How to Make Grilled Cheese Burrito
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Brown it for about 6-8 minutes, ensuring it's well-seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder.
- Once the beef is cooked through, stir in the 1.5 cups of cooked rice until fully mixed. Remove from heat and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
- Grab the large flour tortillas and lay them flat. Sprinkle shredded cheese on each tortilla, then add a generous scoop of the beef and rice mixture on top, followed by another layer of cheese.
- Fold in the sides of the tortillas and roll them up tightly from the bottom, securing the filling inside.
- In a pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Place the burritos seam-side down and grill them for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
