  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano

Method
 

  1. Combine the vegetables: In a large mixing bowl, add the juicy tomato wedges, crunchy cucumber slices, thinly sliced red onion, and rich Kalamata olives.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar: Pour 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar over the veggies.
  3. Season to taste: Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 0.5 teaspoon of salt, and 0.25 teaspoon of black pepper. Mix it up gently.
