  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 medium Diced onion
  • 3 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
For the Dough
  • 1 package Refrigerated dough
For the Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
For the Topping
  • ½ cup Unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • ¼ cup Chopped parsley

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef with diced onion over medium heat until browned, about 7-10 minutes. Stir in minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Roll out the refrigerated dough on a floured surface, then cut it into sections large enough to hold the beef filling and cheese.
  4. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and some shredded cheddar cheese onto each dough section. Roll it up tightly from one side to the other.
  5. Arrange the rolled-up dough on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and puffed.
  6. Mix melted butter with additional minced garlic in a bowl. Brush this garlic butter generously on the baked rollups.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
