Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef with diced onion over medium heat until browned, about 7-10 minutes. Stir in minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika, cooking until fragrant.
- Roll out the refrigerated dough on a floured surface, then cut it into sections large enough to hold the beef filling and cheese.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and some shredded cheddar cheese onto each dough section. Roll it up tightly from one side to the other.
- Arrange the rolled-up dough on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and puffed.
- Mix melted butter with additional minced garlic in a bowl. Brush this garlic butter generously on the baked rollups.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
