- Start by combining the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, salt, and a dash of pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Add the boneless chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are all coated evenly. Let the chicken marinate for at least 2 hours, or better yet, overnight.
- Set your oven to 425°F (or preheat a skillet over medium-high heat) while the chicken marinates.
- Once preheated, cook the chicken until it’s deeply golden and fully cooked, about 20-25 minutes.
