How to Make Chicken Avocado Melt Sandwich
- Brush one side of each slice of bread with olive oil or butter.
- Layer the cooked chicken, sliced avocado, tomato, and cheese onto the unbuttered sides of two bread slices.
- Close the sandwiches with the remaining slices of bread.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, then place the sandwiches in the pan. Cook until the bread is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove the sandwiches from the skillet and slice in half to serve warm.
