- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
- Toss in diced onion and minced garlic; sauté until onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in taco seasoning and tomato sauce; simmer for about 2 minutes.
- Warm flour tortillas in a dry skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spoon a portion of the beef mixture down the center; top with shredded cheese.
- Roll the tortilla tightly and serve warm.
