    We test multiple times and track rack position, pan size, and pan color. If a 9×13 metal pan behaves differently than ceramic, we tell you.

    Heat levels, pan sizes, make-ahead and storage notes come standard. Substitution options are included whenever they won’t break the dish.
  • Quality over quantity
